West Virginia University in Morgantown includes three main areas: the downtown campus, Evansdale, and the Health Sciences campus.

Downtown includes the Mountainlair, Woodburn Circle, Life Sciences Building, classrooms, Downtown Library Complex, Business and Economics Building, Admissions and Records, and the following residence halls: Arnold, Boreman North and South, Dadisman, International House, Stalnaker, and Summit. A new downtown residence hall is being planned.

The Evansdale campus includes Engineering Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, the Evansdale Library, Creative Arts Center, Allen and Percival Halls, the Coliseum, and Milan Puskar Stadium, home of Mountaineer Field. Residence halls include the Evansdale Residential Complex (ERC), which is made up of Bennett, Braxton, Brooke, and Lyon Towers, Pierpont, and Fieldcrest Hall.

Also on the Evansdale campus is WVU’s newest residence hall, Lincoln Hall, which is home to one of higher education’s oldest traditions: a residential college. Dedicated faculty, resident tutors, and local experts teach and mentor residents. In addition, as in all WVU residence halls, resident faculty leaders live on-site to provide help and guidance. Over 300 students benefit from Lincoln Hall’s library, study lounges on each floor, multimedia theater, high-speed Internet connections, and suite-style layout.

The Health Sciences campus includes the Robert C Byrd Health Sciences Center, Ruby Memorial Hospital, and the Blanchette Rockefeller Neurosciences Institute.

All three areas are connected by the PRT, which students are able to ride with their Mountaineer Card.

Potomac State College is a fully integrated unit of WVU. It is located in Keyser, WV, in the state’s eastern panhandle, about 90 minutes away from Morgantown. As a two-year college with on-campus residence halls, Potomac State combines the prestige of a major school with the friendliness of a small campus.
